Not here to rant about my unsolvable issue with support. I do remember a thread a month or so back where folks were touting their favorite Third Party vendor, and I know some of them have fairly decent support, at least some employ support reps who have experience. Now on the other hand several US vendors do just suck, so buyer-be-ware.
