Hello all, I am using OLE to generate an email from a Remedy form to Outlook. I was wondering if anyone has had experience changing the From field in the email to make it look like it came from the Remedy Server's mail account instead of the end user? This way if the recipient responds it will be received by Remedy and I have workflow designed to post the email and its contents back into the ticket it came from.
