Hi all,
When a ticket is submitted in the mid tier, the user receives a notice in the bottom left corner of the screen indicating the Entry ID of the ticket, which is not normally equal to the Incident ID of the same ticket. Is there a global setting to turn off the notice in the bottom left corner of the screen? I know it can be done by user, but a global setting would be much easier.
