Either create an index.html file and set that as the default index file, or add

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url=/arsys/home">

to the <head></head> section of iisstart.htm.

P.S. I don't offhand know of a way to "hide" the url like you
mentioned in the beginning of your message.
