Description of Responsibilities: Note: The Client has many home grown applications built, it just so happens they are in 5.x. Minimum Qualifications: 2 - 3 years experience developing customized applications in Remedy Desired Attributes: *Experience in an FDA validated environment is required *Create applications from detailed specifications using specified programming language(s) * Code, test, debug, document and maintain programs * Good interpersonal and communication skills * Front end development (GUI interfaces) utilizing ODBC to connect to any Open Architecture RDBMS (Relational Database Management Systems) - such as Oracle and Sybase * Consultant must have implemented Remedy application product suite (Asset, Problem and Change Management) and will develop test plans, work flows, screen designs Assist in troubleshooting daily support issues with Remedy 5.x application. Ability to work with developers and write functional requirements specifications, write testing scripts, execute testing in a validated environment. Familiar with Help Desk, Change Modules. Assist with other custom modules.
