1. Yes, I was able to send and receive emails on this account on Friday on my old ARS 5.2.1 server. Also, I did test this server last month to make sure it could send emails. At that time I was getting some Java errors. I got Remedy to tell me where to increase the memory java uses and it worked. Now it doesn't.
2. Nothing in the AR System Email Error Logs form.
