I got it working on the User Tool. (yeah!) But when I use the same exact button in the Mid Tier, I'm getting "Report Error - Failed to perform Action" I'm going to look into this more.... Thanks so much for offering your assistance to help with the User Tool reports! Lisa

I found that if I set the destination to "File", even though the report type is AR System, it prompts you for the filename when you run it and you can select .csv as the file type at that point. The button causes an active link to fire which does an open Window, Window Type=Report. It appears to work fine, but I would like to have it go to a .csv file and I have been unable to figure out how to do so. The only report types I have as options are Crystal Reports and AR System.
