Someone will likely correct me...but I believe to capture the 'menu'
selection of a selection field you must choose Return/Table...but you
can get workflow to fire on the selection of selection fields

Let me rephrase this, Drop Down Selection fields don't fire any workflow
at all.  Only Character fields with a menu attached to it and the
display type is Drop Down.

WHY is it when you have a Selection Field (drop down list and without a
menu), if you select "Menu/Row/Level Choice" for your Execute On in an
Active Link, no workflow is fired??
 
The only time workflow will fire is if you have a menu behind the drop
down list.  I just have YES and NO.  Does this mean I have to create a
menu JUST so that Workflow will fire when this field is changed?
