Description of Responsibilities:  

        Required Skills: 
        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 5yrs equivalent
experience. 
        ITIL v2 Foundation Certification is required. Minimum 5+ yrs
Experience. 
        Experience in developing REMEDY AR and ITSM/CMDB applications. 
        Experience in configuring and customizing REMEDY Web and ARweb
applications. 
        Experience with REMEDY Software Installations and System
Upgrades. 
        Experience with REMEDY ITSM: Service Desk, Asset, Change and
Service Level Management. 
        Experience with Open Interface API's and SQL Database
integrations 
        Experience with BMC Atrium CMDB 2.0. Knowledge of ITIL Framework
and best practice processes. 
        Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and higher 
        Knowledge of third party integrations (Knowledge Base tools,
SMS, HP Openview, Clarity, SAP etc.) 
        Knowledge of HTML, Cascading style sheets (CSS) , and Java
Script(JSP) is helpful. Familiar with REMEDY ARS, ITSM, Mid-Tier, and
Migrator v6.03 and later.   
        
        Primary Duties: 
        Develop, Customize and Enhance REMEDY AR applications and
workflow changes. Maintain and Support REMEDY Service Desk, Incident,
Problem, Change & Asset Mgmt components. Perform REMEDY Software
Upgrades and API's integrations. Prepare and Update REMEDY Training
manuals, System Policies and Procedures guide. Prepare and Conduct
REMEDY Training for new employees and advanced forums for associates. 
        Troubleshoot and resolve all REMEDY problems 
        Research all related integration problems (Clarity, SAP, Email
and Skytel paging issues).
