11/18/2007 works for me. Check for the following line in your emaildaemon.properties file:
com.remedy.arsys.emaildaemon.ARDATE= This setting lets you specify the date and time format used by the email engine for parsing date and time strings. MMMMM dd, yyyy HH:mm:ss z is equivalent to September 21, 2003 12:08:56 PDT. Mine doesn't have a format specified, so I guess it relies on the locale settings of the server OS.
