Anyone have information about rik

** Hi List,

Does anyone have any information about the command line options for using
the rik utility? I looked on the BMC support site and found knowledge
base entry KM-000000012343, but when I click on the link, it is blank.

Any information would be appreciated... especially if someone has a copy
of KM-000000012343.
