No I already looked on my server. My email engine is 7.1 but the utility
is 7.0.

Did you install the 7.1 email engine? I usually use the archgid.exe out
of the email install directory (Windows default: C:\Program Files\AR
System\AREmail). You might find the new version there?

Anyone know if this utility is available for ARS 7.1? I am trying to run
the ITSM upgrade utility to go from 5.6 to 6.0. The upgrade fails
because I am on ARS 7.1 and the archgid supplied is version 6.3. Support
said they do not believe the ITSM 6 upgrade is supported on ars 7.1. Not
sure how that can be since ITSM 6 on ars 7.1 is supported. Their
solution was for me to downgrade ars to 7.0.
