Hi, We will be developing our Change Management and Incident Management applications to work with Crystal Reports X. Besides configured the ODBC with a remedy user, are there other steps we need to prepare for getting reports, or automating reporting? My latest version of Crystal reports was 8. I am sure a lot has changed since this version :) There are different products of Crystal Reports. Which product/version of Crystal Reports works well with ITSM?
