Hi, We are a remedy shop with Change Management, Incident Management, SLA, CMDB and Mid Tier, AR System 7.x. We are trying to build our reporting environment. Does anyone have any type of recommendations on the type of box we need for Crystal? We are specifying the requirements for the box at this time. Is the best approach to run the reports against a reporting server, or does anyone have any ideas? I believe we will be using Crystal 10.x. I hear there is a new version 2008 of Crystal.
