Hi Listers, We have a requirement where we need to change the default values of all the exiting Currency fields from USD to GBP on all the forms in ITSM 7.0.2. I tried looking for current utilities, but could not find one. Please le me know if you are aware of any BMC recommended best practice...easy method which can help us.
