Hi Chris, There are two things that I can think of
1. If your mid-tier is on a remote server, then make sure that the port are open on the AR Servers where the mid-tier is trying to connect on. 2. Your Mid-tier admin password set on the admin tool is same as the password set in the midtier config tool. Hope this helps!
