Hi guys. Thought I'd share a surprise I got from BMC support (not the kind I normally get). Anyway, we are installing/configuring reporting analytics and we had to open several tickets for assistance (poor product documentation). Anyway, somebody from BMC (Curtiss) called me because he saw that we had several tickets opened up against a single product in a short time span and wanted to make sure we were good to go (which we were). Very cool!
