JAG, (just a guess) Maybe I am way off base but, seems to me.. <hostname> is not defined. unless you modified all the data above for the reference <hostname>.
Don't know exactly your solution.. But Better stick to the manual close. I would say there is either some option for the hostname or your hostname on your box is not there.
