Hello list, I attempted to upgrade my server version 7.1.00 Build 001RTDB280865278520200710272157 to 7.1.00 Patch 001 200711161033. Everything looked great - no issues during install. But much to my surprise I now have no user or group form. The install did not error. If I try to import either form from a back up I get a unique index. A look at the DB shows that the tables still exist and have the expected data in them. I would really like to avoid rebuilding this server from scratch again. Any suggestions? Has anyone else run into any issue with this upgrade? I have opened a case with BMC but fear they will just recommend that I rebuild since this same thing happened between my 7.1 to Server Version 7.1.00 Build 001 RTDB280865278520200710272157 upgrade and in the end we started over.
