Hello All, ARS 7.0.01 SQL Server 2005 The chief just stopped by and asked me if we could have Incident Templates created based on time. Ex. Automatically have an incident created the first Monday of every month to reboot the server, etc.
My first thought is an escalation of some kind, but when I look at the Incident templates there is nothing time related.
