I'm using Business Objects XI for web reporting and it is working quite well. The BO XI server has been set up with 10 concurrent user licenses. This would be fine except that the BMC web reporting server doesn't seem to logout once a report is generated. It doesn't take long therefore to reach the 10 user limit. Does anyone know of a method for setting things up so that the 10 user licenses don't disappear quickly. My current work-around is to use the administrator login as that is allowed to exceed the license limit. The problem with this is that anyone else needing to use the server will be locked out.
