Does anyone know of a way to update a large number of records in the BMC.CORE:BMC_ComputerSystem form without using EIE/AIE? I have all the changes in a csv file, with the updated records RequestIDs included. The import tool doesn't work in ITSM evidently. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!!
