I don't believe there is one, All of the processes are 'this server' specific, not 'gimme a list of everything that I'm connected to'. But, as long as their ID and password is the same on the other server, regardless of if they even have that server in their server list, if you do something to open a connection to that server, it should work as long as their client has network access to the server.
