To the best of my knowledge, all the data is stored in the ARADMIN (or what
ever user you use if you changed it) table space.  I don't believe ARADMIN
does anything in any other table space.  Hence why you only need the DBA
user ID during install and they can change the password afterwards.

But I am only 95% sure.
