Hey Listers, Has anyone out there had to track telephony devices with Asset that might have some advice on where to store them. Should I create a new class in the CDM? Or maybe just add the necessary attributes an existing class? I'm very new to the CMBD and am afraid of making a decision that might prove troublesome in the future.
