Changing the RPC number didn't help. Weird, it's fixed though. It's
lunchtime so I restarted the services and I can login through admin
again.

        I have seen this behavior if the Admin Thread is tied up with
something.  Just for grins, try logging in to the Admin Tool ,
specifying a different RPC number.

        Hi listers,

        I've got a problem with Remedy this morning. I login to the WUT
and everything is fine and speedy. I try and login to the admin tool and
after a few minutes I get

         

        ARERR [93] Timeout during data retrieval due to busy server --
retry the operation : msapps04

         

         user: 2022,  server: msapps04

        WUT operation continues to work fine.

         

        Never ran into this before, it's always been all or nothing heh.
Anyone know why WUT would work but Admin wont?
