Has anyone had success with the PERFORM-ACTION-SAVE-ATTACHMENT Run Process?
When I run it, using the parameters 808000801 (the field ID for the attachment field) "/opt/ar/remedy-app/attachments/File.csv" (the destination directory for the file), I get an error that doesn't make sense: *Failure during an attempt to perform an application command (ARERR 4554).* No other explanation, though the Error Guide says something about it recording a command, which I'm totally not doing. * *I have also tried this command with only the file name, with a variable ( i.e. $File Name$) for the file name, etc. No dice.
