>From what I see, BMC Service Desk Express is not just a "lite" version of BMC Service Desk, it's an entirely different product formerly known as Magic and has nothing to do with Remedy, correct? So if a third party tool worked with Service Desk Express, and we have Service Desk, it will not work?
