You can run any of the DSL DATA patches (don't even THINK of running any of the DSL application patches) and they will load the latest data set into your staging forms. Then you can import the data one set at a time from the DSL import console (PDL:ESIDImportConsole). The DSL DATA Patch 005 contains the latest data - version 110.7.0.1. This is the exact same process as an upgrade of the data set - I updated the data in my staging forms before ever importing it into the live application.
