Drew, For the sake of clarification, can you detail the version of the CMDB, Asset Management and ARS you are using?
Also, were you synching to an out of the box Asset Management form (such as AST:ComputerSystem)? Or were you synching to a custom form (which would indicate that you are using a custom class)?
