Hi Nainita,

 

Generally ITSM Modules takes 2 hour for the installation of each OOBX apllications like

IM,PM,CM,AM.You can save your time by enabling check box like development cache mode,disable

escalations,Administrative only mode( In Configuration Tab from server Information) before

the installation of ITSM appllications.
