Hey everyone-
We saw some really odd behavior on something yesterday. A CHG ticket was submitted and the number should have been CRQ000000025868, however it went in as CRQ000000025 (7 zeros). There is a separate CRQ000000000025 (10 zeros), which is a year old and unaffected. All notifications went out with the number CRQ000000025 and everything seems ok, aside from the lack of 3 digits. It was cancelled and a new ticket was opened- CRQ000000025898 Many tickets were created since, and number CRQ000000025868 was simply skipped. As of this morning we're on CRQ000000025935. ITSM 7 p3 SQL 2005 Windows Server 2003 Anyone had anything similar happen? I checked Google but didn't get any meaningful hits.
