Hi All,

I am importing data from a csv file that has been formatted to fit into the 
PBM:KnownError form. The import works fine, but since this is data from a 
different source outside of Remedy, there is no Known Error ID. 

Not really a problem, since I can just build them sequentially in the import 
file. But by doing that I will get an error describing invalid pattern matching 
when I create a new Known Error.... which I would expect.

I seem to remember that there is a way to block out and reserve chunks of 
Request ID's for Help Desk... and then as new records are created, there is no 
issue with the new ID's. 

Now, can the same thing be done with the Known Error ID? And how if so.
