Hello Support, We are doing 10g migration testing for our Action request system.
Currently we are on 1. ARS6.3 Patch 23 2. Oracle 9i 3. OS: HP UX 11i and now are targeting to go to oracle 10(v10.2.3)g with same ARS and OS. We have already migrated our oracle component to Oracle 10g (10.2.3) keeping ARS and OS same, but could not start ARS because system is looking for Oracle 9i libraries. Please advice what more is needed at our end, is it requiring some ARS Patching. Early will be a help.
