Are you querying a value in an ARS form? AIE 7.1.00.002 introduces a fatal bug that is not present in patch 001 that trashes the query string rather badly. No exchange with a qualification on an ARS form field will run. Try turning on debug and look in the debug log for the point of failure. I had to wait for them to send me a fix before I could apply patch 002; the fix will be in patch 003.
