We've run into this as well, and "customized" the menus to fix it. They may 
have corrected it in a patch, but if so I haven't seen it.

On a side note, you'll notice that the three groups of fields you mentioned 
appear to have been developed by different people with different standards.  
That would explain why things work differently.  That's why you have names like 
" CAB Manager ( Change Co-ord )", " ASCHG", and " ChgImp" all representing 
similar fields.  Another annoyance is that on the "Change Manager" field, you 
can't type a login and hit enter and have it auto-populate everything in the 
same way Change Assignee does.

Hi everyone,

Has anyone else run into this issue where the menu fields in the out of the
box ITSM modules are showing inconsistent data?

For example in our Change Management (7.03) module we're seeing different
data when selecting the Support Organization menu and Support Group Name
menu in the Assignment tab on a new change request:

Support Company - we're using "My Company" only.

Infrastructure Change Manager - Support Organization is showing 1
organization when there are 3, Support Group Name is showing 11 groups when
there are 24 groups.

Infrastructure Change Assignee - Support Organization is showing 1
organization when there are 3, Support Group Name is showing 18 groups when
there are 24 groups.

Infrastructure Change Implementer - Support Organization is showing 3
organizations which is correct, Support Group Name is showing all 24 groups
which is correct.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
