Hello, On the RQC:ServiceRequest Console form in ITSM 7, AR 7.x?- we wanted to add the (3) Product Categorization fields onto the Requester Console.? Someone said that we need a third party tool - What on earth? Is there some reason why we would not be able to display these three product categorization menus on the Requester Console?? This should be a matter of adding the 3 fields to display the Product Categorizations correct and retrieving the data from where the product categorization data exists?? The Operational Categorizations are on the Requester Console.
