How did you trigger the report to open? Did you create a separate AL?

We have been adding the custom reports directly into the Reports form, as well
as updating the default report for printing an Incident so that it (a) allowed
the notes field to expand, and (b) eliminated the default paper size of A4 that
all of the ITSM 7 reports were built with.  We have not seen any issues with
accessing them from the Reports interface (User Tool or mid-tier) or from the
“Print” button.  I have not touched the menu you described.

Hello,

We want to add reports to the Reporting Console in ITSM 7.x.  For some reason,
the customized reports I added are not executing in ITSM.  When I select the
Run button, the report does not open.  Has anyone added customized reports to
ITSM successfully and has it worked? I know that we need to stay close to
out-of-the box, however our teams need more functional reports.  I created a
.rpt file that works fine in Crystal XI.  I added the .rpt file to the Report
form with the description.  I modified the RRC:Report: Reports List menu.  For
some reason when I select the new reports from the menu, the report does not
generate.  The out-of-the box reports generate fine.
