Seriously 1. Putting faces with names (It's nice to meet ARSLIST people in person) 2. Learn from other people (Birds of a Feather sessions need to be beefed up a little) 3. Hear BMC\Remedy direction 4. Do face to face with the products designer and learn why they approached it the way they did. It's nice to talk to Doug Mueller one-on-one. 5. Attend sessions that you think your company will be getting into in the future. 6. I always come away with several new ideas from everyone I meet. 7. Short courses are nice, but I think I have attended most of the repeats (There's just so many times you can attend Performance Tuning!) Gordon M.
