I have a notification that goes out when the Incident goes into "Pending" - this works fine.
However, I have a request to insert the Date/Time it was placed into Pending. I opened SYS:Form Field Selection and using the pull down for Menu Label 1 I see "Status History", but don't see any items below it for Pending.TIME. I know I could create a NEW field to track the Date/Time when the user places in the Incident into Pending, but would rather not do this. I also could use the Last Modified Date/Time, but would prefer to use the Status History of Pending.TIME. Ideas?
