Server Name is just the regular name of the Server. IP-Name is the fully qualified domain name and the alias. I have 2 separate lines in ar.conf for these names.
The mid-tier arserver list includes all three of the servers listed above. Portmapper is not using a specific port. Not using private queues for mid-tier. This is Windows 2003 server, IIS 6, Servlet is using the OOB midtier installed tomcat.
