I did a quick Google search on [installshield error 80070005] (# from your screenshot) and found the following: It means access denied. One reason might be that you are not admin on NT box but there might be other causes. My best guess is that the 6.3 User Tool was installed by a login that had Admin rights and the user's login doesn't. Remedy always recommends that the install (and uninstall) be performed by a login with Admin rights on the PC. Fred
