Hi list, In the approval mappings (ITSM7), we would like to have an additional product categorization tier as a criteria to determine the approver. (We already have this additional tier in the HelpDesk form)
Does anyone know where in the workflow the approvers are assigned or how the approval server can be configured to use a new field as a criteria?
