Each developer creates a PL named in whatever convention you choose to use...we use YYYYMMDD-DevName-PLName, and each developer simply keeps track of the workflow modified and adds it to that PL when they are done, or as they are modifying if that's easier for them. Then when it comes time to export, we just gather the PL's together and export their contents.
