Hi,
Can I incorporate all the departments under one approval
process using the ad hoc method? I think each approver would be selecting
the next approver. Does that solve my problem to any extent?? In the custom
configuration tab we have approval mappings form. In the form there is a
field called Approval Indicator (has the following options change, purchase
requisition). Does this correspond to the change type field which we have on
the Change mgmt workflow. If not how do I use change type and environment
criteria to set up the department level mapping.
