Location: Ft Meade (Annapolis Junction, MD) Duration: 4 months CTH Job Description: The REMEDY Administrator will provide administration functions required to maintain and improve a BMC REMEDY environment. The resource will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the install of REMEDY 7.0 and higher. This resource will develop and execute recurring and ad-hoc reports using Crystal Reports/Business Objects to provide vital data to the business. This resource will also be responsible for system support documentation and user training. Role/Responsibilities: * Administrative responsibility for the effective system administration and operations of the REMEDY ITSM environment.
