Carmen,
For most of version 7 products, they are downloaded seperately from the downloads page.. For some of the V 7 products (I do not recall which ones but I think AIE and SLM are two of them) the help files are within a help subfolder after you uncompress the product download file..
You need to have a http server for these help files to work after they are installed. You may also need to tweak the default paths to make some of them work.. There is a bug with the url that the workflow constructs for displaying the help of some of the help files.
If after installing your files if you have a problem tweaking the paths, let me know. I remember modifying a bit of the default workflow to make them all work..
