Try a different browser, like firefox instead of IE, or whatever you are using.
I'm curious if this fixes it. I don't expect it to, but it's something to try. -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Sokol, Brian Sent: Friday, September 05, 2008 2:46 PM To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG Subject: Re: Mid Tier Will Not Display new Fields ** There are o permissions assigned to the columns yet. I am looking at them as Admin. ________________________________ From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Rockwood, Julie Sent: Friday, September 05, 2008 3:37 PM To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG Subject: Re: Mid Tier Will Not Display new Fields ** Brian, This happens to me whenever I forget to put the proper permissions on the new fields and columns. I go into the user tool as administrator and everything is there. Then I go into mid-tier with the same permissions the users would have, and none of the new stuff is there. This will only help if you happen to be as absent minded as I am. It did not help. ________________________________ From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Axton Sent: Friday, September 05, 2008 11:02 AM To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG Subject: Re: Mid Tier Will Not Display new Fields ** Flush the mid-tier cache using the mid-tier administration page and clear your browser cache. Yesterday I added some new fields to the supporting form and added those fields as new columns in the table field. They show up ok in the user tool but are not displayed in the Mid Tier. I have flushed the cache twice and they still do not display. Anyone see this before? I am on ARS 7.1.
