David, I got the same email. It came from James Richardson, formerly of TuringSMI and now of Resource Management Solutions. It DOES NOT COME from BMC. I sent him a note at [EMAIL PROTECTED] and let him know I didn't appreciate being on his mass market mailing list and asking him to remove me immediately. To his credit he sent me an email stating that I had been removed from the mailing list.
