I have been able to to send a user an email from the Email Engine that contains HTML. The HTML prompts the user to enter values into a few fields. When the user received the email (tested in Outlook and gMail) the email format looks good. User can type into fields and select from radio buttons. However, when they click the reply button the input fields no longer function. In Outlook the input fields act lie images and the radio buttons act like they are disabled.
